It's really been since april since my last journal? Ooof. Sorry about that >.< My activity in posting comms I have gotten has picked up a lil in recent months, but as far as the writing goes? Not too much, really. I'm on the back half of a pretty not great year. Things might be picking up on one end, but I dunno if they are getting better for now.

That's neither here, nor there, though! I HOPE to bring you some projects in the future and I REALLY hope that something I am cooking up with my good friend :iconShenPlease: will help get my mojo back!

What is it? Well, ho READ! But it will be weekly fights between Shen's OC's (and more if things go well) He does the sketches and I write up the blurbs! These are supposed to be fun and short and so far they have been really fun and very motivating for the both of us!

Check his page every Sunday at 5am Upside Down Time, but at normal hours on daturfay for the rest of us. Want to know who the first two to match up are? I, personally, think it's a doozy! I bet you can't guess! Here's a hint, though:

I hope everyone is looking forward to it as much as I am. If any of you remember, Cyan started out as a seies of weekly journals, so this kind of takes me back and, hopefully, motivates me to find the time for all the other stuff I need to do, especially get to my comms, for which I forever bear the shame of not finishing in a timely manner U. U

Anyway, I just thought I would post a journal since I posted some stuff. While I do have plenty of things in the WORKS, I dunno when I will get to them. Still have a decent sized comm list to get through.

Without getting into it, I haven't been as timely with commissions as I would like to be. Since I haven't been able to keep up, for now I am closing my commissions queue. Anyone who is ON it at the moment will still have their comms finished if they want to keep waiting but I won't be taking any new commissions until I have cleared my queue and reassessed my abilities and desire to continue with them.

Other than that, I'm sorry that I haven't been keeping up on DA recently. I really don't check it all that much. (and I really don't check people I watch, for which I apologize.

I AM, however, pretty active on Twitter and Discord, which are the best ways to get hold of me now.

I'll also say that I still plan on continuing Cyan's adventures. I still have several in the works that I have been chipping away at, but it's even been hard to sit down and commit time to those as well.

Thanks for everyone who has been patient. I would like to have committed to more journals, honestly, but right now I just don't know if I have the time or motivation.

We'll see, though! This definitely isn't goodbye or anything, so don't think that. Just wanted to state where I am at with things. Thanks again and take care!

Has it REALLY been almost eight months since I have written a journal? That's crazy!

Well, I can't say it won't be another 8 months before another one, but I thought I would address some things! Even though I'm not posting as much content, I am still alive! I have been working slowly, much more slowly than usual, unfortunately. A combination or less time to work, less motivation to work, a large commission queue and some real life stuff has really slowed me down.

Commissions are taking even longer than usual and I apologize to those who have them. I'm still marching through the list, but at this poiint I definitely understand if it's too long to wait. That being said, I am always still keeping them in mind. If you don't mind the wait, I don't mind the work! Thanks to all who are still hanging on.

I am also TRYING to sneak in some Cyanverse stuff. I have a series I hope I can finish featuring Cyan and Keiichi. Since she's one of the main antagonists, I thought she ought to have some actual screen time!

And, if you HAVEN'T seen! The first step in all of it was her redesign, which she desperately needed! Doesn't she look amazing!?

Either way, I have another gift to post soon as well as the finished part 2! We'll see about posting up some comms I have recently finished as well.

Well, it's been sometime since I have made a journal. So, let me just say Happy New Year to everyone! I know it's a little late, but better late than never, right? That's everything I do, I guess...

So, I have been hard at work on commissions. I know I have a pretty long list and I just want people to know I am diligently working on them. I do like to think it's worth the wait, but I still wish I could go much faster than I do!

Speaking of commissions, since I don't have a TON of time to do my own stuff, I have a bunch of comms piled up that I would LOVE to write stories for. However, I just don't know WHEN (or if) I might get to these. Soooo, I will be slowly adding these pics to my page in a folder to remind me to get to them so that the people can at least know the IDEAS I have. Maybe down the line, I can do a poll or something to decide which ones the people want to see.

Aside from that. I haven't been INACTIVE on DA. I'm always checking in and always here, but I've been spending MOST of my pic hunting and viewing over on twitter. So, if I haven't been posting new comments or faving much that's new (or posting journals) Don't worry! I'm still definitely around. I also talk more on discord than here too.

I would LIKE to say that my goal for this year is to at least get to one Cyan Journal a month (which, in retrospect is rather funny because I started out trying to do one a WEEK! ) But, who knows!

I still need to finish the people's choice of FYEO, but I am kind of excited to work on that. Lately I just haven't had a ton of energy to do my own stuff, tbh.

Anyway, the content is still coming, so, don't fret! I just wanted to let everyone know I am still here! I'll try and get at least one more journal up before February, but... WE'LL SEE!
